Hey guys, i want to remove the head of the engine, i have to take whole engine off? Or it will come out as is?

Take off the footboards and belly pan. I don't think space is the problem so much as room to get your hands and tool in there to work. If you remove the rear shocker bottom fixings and lift the rear up as far as it will go you might have enough room to remove it in situ. You will need to find a way to support the frame as the centre stand bolts to the engine and it might tip forward if you raise the rear right up.
Solo is the 125-200cc expert and may help more if he sees this but doesn't visit often.

The spark plug was broke in half, so i wanted to remove the head to remove the half spark plug and repair the threads. i removed the footwels and all the back plastics and i got it out from here (see photo)

Hello zaf13 the top end can be changed with out removel of the  engine if the drop it down abit.

the 125 LC leader engine, from personal experience will take the 180cc and the 200cc top ends, having fitted a gilera VXR 200 top end to one of my 125 Evolution scooters, 210cc is the max.

If you redid the thread put a helicoil in for strength, unless you changed the head.
