X9 evolution 125cc battery

Unfortunately the battery fitted in my X9 evolution  125cc October 2004 is not the correct one.
Can somebody please tell me what battery model number I need. I read on this site that after April 2004 it was changed from a 9 AH to a 12AH and I have the number 218823.

That is correct but a better battery still is a 14A/hr one from a 500Evo. Most batteries use the Yuasa model number as an equivalent so if you ask for a YB14L-A2 it will fit and give you more overhead for accessories and cold cranking.
If you input 218823 to Fowlers Piaggio parts website it might give you the actual battery manufacturers part number rather than the Piaggio OEM.
