Hi X9ers

My auto choke stopped working and it was nearly impossible to find a replacement at a decent price.

After research i did a gamble and bought an the bay an auto choke for a Honda helix CN250 (plenty at around £15) and guess what? I works like a dream!

Time will tell how good the quality is! My choke was not working but stuck in the "Elongated position" if it makes sense - so tendency to stall at cold start but then fine - idle speed was the same when cold / hot.

With the new one, idle spedd is much higher when I start, around 2200 rpm then drop to 1500 rpm when engine is hot.

But yeah, given the price I think a spare one is wise - they come from China and lead time is a bit long

What is the verdict?
Unfortunately my original auto choke died
Will the following copy from China match?
https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/New-Motorcycle-Scooter-Parts-172MM-CF250-CH250-CN250-Carburetor-Automatic-Electric-Choke-Electric-Enrichener-Free-Shipping/32523671995.html?spm=2114.56010308.4.93.mrHus9

I know I'll have to solder the plug. I wonder if it will work as original?

Regards
