In the current NABD magazine, 'Open House,' there are a couple of photos of a T-Max with the rear wheels exactly the same as the X9 in your link. The T-Max Trike is shown outside an NABD marquee at one of their shows.
The differential will make cornering easier than a bike and 'chair' but I'd prefer to have a chair so that I could carry any kit with me instead of using a topbox.
I also don't like the style of the 'trike' with those two rear wheels.
On a Hayabusa or H-D, or big Honda, a 'trike' looks a bit menacing.
Having been overtaken by a Pan European Trike on the M6 last year, while driving my car, I was really jealous of the freedom that the 3 wheels gave the rider. He wasn't wearing a helmet and had the usual leathers and long grey beard of a Hell's Angel, as he overtook me at about 95mph!!!! A fantastic sight. I gave him a wave and his big grin and 'thumbs up' in reply, showed me a bloke who was happy with himself and his world.
Thanks for the link Alan.
