(http://gold.mylargescale.com/philcreer/Scooters/resized_screen%20(1).jpg) The tinted screen is about 35mm higher than the original screen but other dimensions are the same. Thickness is 5mm. While on the subject I decided to try a wind deflector lip too.... (http://gold.mylargescale.com/philcreer/Scooters/resized_screen%20(2).jpg) (http://gold.mylargescale.com/philcreer/Scooters/resized_screen%20(3).jpg) It's attached with 1/4" gutter bolts cut down so they don't protrude too much. Rubber grommets on each side (http://gold.mylargescale.com/philcreer/Scooters/resized_screen%20(4).jpg) The wind deflector is made from 7mm clear perspex. The lip and vertical curves were made using a heatgun. If anyone wants a how-to, let me know and I'll make another with step-by-step pix and details.
