Now I know this is a bit of strange one, but I took the missus on my xevo for the time the other day.

She said that she didn't like the foot position and missed the foot pegs (I had a Suzuki vstrom before my accident)

Are there any clip on options that you guys know about.   To make her feel more at home.

Thanks

This is a common issue which has been solved in a variety of ways. I fabricated extenders by folding 3mm sheet aluminium

Others have used standard folding pegs bolted on beneath the existing foot pads, try the search tool.

PS. I had a DL1000 a few bikes ago. Loved it before a scissor gear disintegrated on me.

Thanks for that.

I had a dl650 until I hit black ice before Christmas which resulted in a head on..a forearm full of plates (they may have to remove them) and wrote off vstrom

thanks mate, we all know the hazards.

And it got me back on an xevo.

Have to say though, i do miss the storage capacity of the 125 version, but i guess the bigger engine on the 400 has to go somewhere.  of course the partner never went on the back of the 125, i already had the vstrom waiting when i passed my test
