hullo,

i have an X8 125, but i'm getting confused with which model.

there seems to be a street, a straight 125 and a premium, some are euro 2 and some euro 3.

any way i can tell which mine is?

thanks

er... surely you should have done this research before you bought it, as you could have bought the duff version?

Firstly, is yours air cooled or water?
125 Street is air cooled 2 valve Euro 2 other models water cooled 4 valve Euro 3.
The 2 water cooled models are identical but with trim option and accessories differences that's all. The premium wasn't in the brochures so possibly a dealer tweak.
All have drum rear brakes, same size wheels, air cooled is lighter by several kilos and probably has more grilles and cooling ducts in the plastics.

Water cooled, so euro 3 then?
Wasnt sure if the premuim was a seperate model or not.

Any ideas what the trim differences are between the 2 water cooled versions are?

The brochure doesn't even mention a premium model, so my guess it was just probably heated grips, a top box or rack or maybe just a 2 tone leather seat accessory bundled option as there are no colour options that are different right across the range either.
