Hi all,
Further to my previous enquiry, (thanks again JJ), has anyone got the Givi SR102m rack & plate for a top box on their X8?. I'd presume it would restrict access to the 'boot` but can you open the boot lid enough to get most stuff in?. I know I could still use the under seat entry for access but just wondered. I presume it's the same situ on the X7 or MP3's

Cheers

See Solos recent thread about Givi plates and his X8.
Only the OEM rack allows full boot opening, but others allow a reasonable entry but with the box rather stuck up a bit higher than the OEM rack has it.

With the givi rack on my piaggio x8 premium the boot lid only opens a little bit before its hits the rack. Makes boot access useless

Should that be: 'Makes boot access useless'?
