Panniers ?

    would anyone know if it's possible to fit soft panniers to an x8 125 ?

I should think any that fit an X9 will fit an X8; that means any Givis, Oxfords or similar will do since they usually have adjustable straps.

I think like Mr.Chips says, you'll be looking at the canvas market (Oxford etc) unless somebody has managed to fashion their own pannier brackets.  The X8's rear bodywork is quite rounded, so getting a standard pannier mount to fit would be prove a challenge.
