Yellow Petrol icon
High beam Blue
Main beam & side lights Green
Side-stand & engine kill Red
Brake light fail Red

There is an extra light For ABS but its redundant on the 125 dash!

If your Yellow light is on the dash, its the petrol icon light and if you have run it to empty then you have run out of petrol.

The dash will display a tap like icon as u call it on the dash LCD screen with a number of Km you have done on reserve petrol.

Hope this helps.

No when the float arm in the tank reaches the bottom, it makes a contact across two terminals and the light comes on. The adjustment is on the tank's internal sender.
Are you sure you have that much fuel in there?

It only comes on from time to time, it seems to be when its damp or first thing in the motning. I took it out for a long ride and it seems to be better now. Maybe the electronics got a bit damp. I guess i could run a diagnostics test. Also could you run a 12v tyre inflator through the 12v socket on the xevo

Yes it is ok to run a 12v compressor from your 12v socket,,i think that most of us do that when we check our tyres
One of these will help

In my experience, fitting a 90 degree adaptor like that as as permanent fitment as J &S suggest leads to disaster as at high speed the adaptor unbalances the valve seat and a lot of air escapes.

Better off with a proper 90 degree valve fitted at the next tyre change.
The old 250SL came with them as standard on the rear and I had one fitted to my X9 in 2005 which is still OK.

I used a piece of tubing with a valve on the end to make it easier to get to the valve on the rear.

The L adapter caused a rapid deflation on my leonardo a few years back. Luckily I was going slow at the time.

Agreed, proper 90 degree valves are the answer, or use a hose with a flexible end, such as the screw on rather than clip on hose that comes with some Ring 12v compressors.

Hold up you lot,
I never suggested that he used this as a permanent fixture, if i had meant him to use them all the time i would have suggested he bought 2.
I always carry one because some of the air gauges at service stations make it difficult to connect to the valve on small wheels.
Tyres can be very inconsiderate and loose air at the most inconvenient times and like all good boy scouts we HAVE TO BE PREPARED. dib dib dib.

No one is suggesting you did, but the ebay ad doesn't indicate the dangers of doing that.

Silverbonce, if you use it as you suggested then its fine. But I had to warn of keeping these things on, if mine had deflated at high speed it could have been a nasty story! There was no ganging up or offence intended.
