Is it just my lanky frame causing this or do any other Xevo riders have the side stand kick down loop sticking in their calf when sat at lghts - Seems like it is positioned quite a way forward??

Can't say I've ever had that stick in my leg, but I have got bruises a few times from the bit that sticks out where the pillion footrests are when I've been paddling the scoot backwards and forwards sometimes.

Well I'm not lanky by any stretch of the imagination so perhaps it is you... . Maybe I just stick my leg out further!! I'd have thought it 'd be worse with shorter legs (not that my legs are that short) as you'd have to go closer to the scoot to get your tootsies down!! ::

Well i am over six feet tall - perhaps if you are slightly shorter then you will sit further forward on the seat and your legs would clear the stand - I will just have to learn to live with it.

I'm only 5'6" but have relatively long legs for my height so I do tend to sit right back as far as the bum-stop will allow. Dunno really - perhaps your stand sticks out further!

!

We should have a meet you're not that far from me!! I know four other Xevo 400 owners on the maxi-muppets forum. I think they're all on blue ones though so your grey one would be the odd one out!

Good to be different. I nearly went for the grey but I thought it was a bit too road coloured and it's plain not metallic isn't it? My X8 was grey but it was a slightly lighter shade and it was metallic.

They've dropped the grey in favour of black - but you knew that as didn't you order a black one in the first place?

Same thing here, no problem at 6'2'' except when riding with pillion. Oh, it happened to me once or twice when I was lame to remove leg in time - added throttle and too slowly picked up my foot.
