Hi gang

Guess what... I'm a piaggio rider once more! Yesterday i drove down to Maidenhead with my Dad to look at a 2005 Piaggio X8. It ticked all the boxes so it's now mine! Mine all mine! Hooray!

There's the small matter of my CBT being expired, so my Dad drove it back home for me. I'll sort out the CBT for next weekend and then i'm back on two wheels! I've taken a few photos but can't attach them for some reason.

It's black, 2 previous owners (I think)... it was dropped by the first owner and repaired (with the exception of a few scratches, which i'm happy with). It's obviously a 125, clock says approx 12000 - which i think is kilometers, so only about 8000 miles. All for a very bargainous £750. Purchased from a lovely lady named Helen!

Once CBT is sorted I'll have to see about an Ace Cafe visit

Very nice.

I didn't actually realise that the boot lid was a different shape on the 125 - mine has a ridge on it almost like a spoiler where yours is more curvy - or perhaps it's just an earlier model than my X8. Mine's the 400 but otherwise looks very similar.

Nice one, looks a good buy.
