Title: My commute to work on my XEvo.. heavy traffic day Post by: loonymoon on March 29, 2011, 10:36:24 A video of a commute to work on my XEvo, this is a fairly unusually heavy traffic day, though in some ways quite typical.
Filmed on my new Kodak Playsport Zx3 at 720p and sped up 5x (so no I'm not as much of a nutter as I look.... ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ewI3Ogsk0yg Title: Re: My commute to work on my XEvo.. heavy traffic day Post by: Dave Milnes on March 29, 2011, 19:04:09 You seem to go in circles, left, left, left, left, left... :)

Title: Re: My commute to work on my XEvo.. heavy traffic day Post by: loonymoon on April 18, 2011, 15:49:36 , it was on a gorilla pod, with the legs shoved into the inside pocket of my jacket. The pocket sits between the zipper and the storm flap so I just popped up the storm flap round the camera.
Worked quite well. Though a couple of times since I've tried it and just got nice HD video of the sky on the way back from work... you can't see the angle and obviously it can move, but get it right and it works well. Mounting it on your body also gets rid of a lot of the vibrations associated with a bike mount. |
